Welcome to the Home of the

IPA International NEWS

TO ALL NATIONAL SECTIONS, PRESIDENTS, COMMISSIONS, EDITORS/WEBMASTERS AND THE IEB

Dear IPA friends,

We are happy and excited to announce that our new website www.ipa-international.org  is now up and running!

It is of course still early days, and there are a few aspects that need further attention, but we thought the time was right to let you discover the new website yourselves.

In the near future, we will work on getting the National Publications and Interest Group pages functioning and populated, and have many plans, including a picture gallery, as well as extended History and World Congress pages, to name only a few.

Plus there is scope for the Commissions pages to expand significantly.

Our  website benefits tremendously from your contributions, so please keep sending us any of your events you wish advertised internationally – we are happy to upload these for you.

We hope you like the new international website and look forward to your feedback!

Kind regards from

Stephen, Elke, Kerry and Daniel

On behalf of IPA Netherlands, please find attached information about the project they have chosen to support at the World Congress.

Section the Netherlands has decided that, rather than receive gifts during the World Congress, they would prefer to ask Sections for charity donations.  The section has chosen the Stolpersteine Project and further information can be found in the attached letter from Wim Cornelius, acting President of IPA Netherlands.

Messages from the President and Secretary of IPA Greece and from the IPA President with regard to GEORGIOS KATSAROPOULOS

Ladies and Gentlemen we have just learned the attached sad news regarding our international family. George Katsaropoulos was a long time member of the Greece (Hellenic) Section and current International Secretary General. I did not have the pleasure of meeting him, but I have communicated with those who did and they all say he was a gentleman and lived the values of the IPA. Please keep George in your thoughts and communicate this information to your membership..in  friendship Chris
